用心良苦
没有争取报分的挣扎，我们的新闻绝对善良，但不失素质。
却有了语言的挣扎，原本我担心我是不是每天都在写Singlish，担心误导大家之余，自己的语文掌握也退步。
但Chimology说“敢敢来”，他都敢走在我们前面了。
我还是尽量不要太Singlish，虽然香港杂志都是这样，才COOL，代表作者懂/可以show off English。这样才stylo-milo。
但在本地/《我报》这么做不是为了show off,而是要attract all the English-educated out there who wants to pick up Chinese again to LEARN.
Hope our language formulae works out and no one throws bad eggs at us :P

how about carrying both english and mandarin articles? i haven't had a chance to read mypaper so this is really a stab-in-the-dark response about your assumed singlish writing. good luck.

I would la, when I am.. less busy :) take care...
not exactly... i sincerely think it's not an entirely bad idea to carry articles of both languages in a single paper. it beats writing in some mix of the two - like you said, i can turn to other publications for that.
i'll go a little further and volunteer that educated people in general prefer to be treated intelligently - a mish-mash of language has limited appeal.
