　　谢谢2名读者的email，和我讨论究竟是“肥锅肉”OR“回锅肉”。
在那篇稿子出街之前，Chimology也再三和我确认。
　　我是遵从Silkroad餐厅的师傅在Menu（菜单）上的写法。师傅的发音/用字不一定对，但我尊重菜单 :)
